About

Ben is originally from Georgia and attended Emmanuel College where he majored in mathematics.  After college, Ben worked as a full time EMT and also served as a volunteer firefighter.  Ben has served on the executive board for Mercer’s Wilderness Medicine interest group and in recognition of his outstanding performance in medical school was inducted into the AOA Honor Society.  Ben enjoys being outdoors, cycling, and running and has completed 3 ironman races!
