Kevin graduated from Florida International University and worked as a lab manager at FIU before returning to Puerto Rico where his family is originally from to attend the Ponce Health Sciences University School of Medicine.  As a medical student, Kevin has been actively engaged in multiple volunteer activities, from disaster aid to health fairs. In recognition of his community outreach efforts, he was awarded the Public Health Practice award.   Kevin continues to be dedicated to serving the community and at this point is most interested in pursuing Cardiology.  In recognition of his outstanding academic performance as well as his compassion and humanism, Kevin was inducted into both the AOA and Gold Humanism Honor Societies.  Outside of medicine, Kevin enjoys sports, beginning guitar, and video games.
