Nidha Williams was raised in Fayetteville, NC and attended NC State University where she doubled majored in Biology and Spanish. Before matriculating to UNC SOM, Nidha worked as a research technician in a breast cancer lab at Duke University, and later as a medical assistant at a gastroenterology clinic. As a member of the CAMPOS medical Spanish program, Nidha is committed to serving the Hispanic community. While completing Application Phase at WakeMed, she found her passion for internal medicine. Nidha is excited to be back at UNC and to serve as an IM Medical Student Chief during her final year of medical school.
