About

Nimit is originally from Arkansas and attended the University of Arkansas for college where he majored in biochemistry and Spanish. Nitin has used his Spanish speaking skills by serving as an interpreter with the student clinic through UPMC.  In addition, he has been actively involved in multiple research projects focusing on the quality of post-ICU care and analyses of outcomes for people who are post-ICU survivors. In recognition of his outstanding patient care skills and compassion, Nimit was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. At this point, Nimit is interested potentially in Hematology/Oncology and is excited to be coming to North Carolina to join his girlfriend who works in banking in Charlotte.
