Yunan Hu

Ms. Yunan Hu received her bachelor degree from China Agricultural University, China in 2021. Her thesis was focused on contrasting the microbial community and metabolic profile of traditional solid-state fermentation starter (Daqu). In the core, she will be focusing on the Galacto-oligosaccharides Modulate Gut Microbiota and Influence the Immune System on the Different Age Mice.
