The NC MATTERS program exists to increase the capacity of health care professionals to support the behavioral health needs of their pregnant and postpartum patients. We offer a broad menu of professional development opportunities to support North Carolina providers in screening, assessing, triaging, and treating perinatal mental health and substance use disorders.

We have a slate of new programming planned for 2024, so keep checking this page for new opportunities in the areas of training, quality improvement, and peer learning. In the meantime, we partnered with Piedmont AHEC to offer a library of online courses at a nominal cost.
