BIO:

Education: Doctor of Nursing Practice: the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, AL

Master of Science in Nursing: Wright State University, Dayton, OH

Bachelor of Science in Nursing: The Ohio State University, Columbus, OH

Service Experience: Nursing career spans 34 years in a variety of settings and service roles that includes:

Director of Hospice, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, 2018 to current

North Carolina Institute of Medicine (NCIOM) Serious Illness Taskforce, 2019 to current

Co-founder and guiding member of the Ohio Association of Free Clinics, 2002 to 2006

Founder and Executive Director of Short North Health & Wellness (community-based Free Clinic), 1995 to 2006

Owner of Busy Happy Woman, LLC (founded to reach women of all walks of life for the purpose of personal growth and development), 2018 to current

Ordained Elder & Co-Pastor of a congregation in Goldsboro, NC, 2016 to current
