Dr, Jaimi McDonough joined the Division of Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics on June 2, 2025 as an Assistant Professor. Dr. McDonough received her BA in Psychology and Sociology from Clemson University in 2008 and earned her PhD in School Psychology from the University of Georgia in 2015. She has previously worked as a Senior Psychologist at Central Regional Hospital in Butner, NC as well as Clinical Director of Applied Behavior Analysis at New Leaf Therapeutic Services in Fayetteville, NC.
Dr. McDonough will be seeing patients at our Development, Behavior and Learning Clinic locations in Chapel Hill and Blue Ridge. She is originally from South Carolina and moved to North Carolina in 2017. She likes to travel and plan trips with her two boys and husband. In her free time, she also enjoys cooking and baking.
