Dr. Price is a physician specializing in the field of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine, caring for infants in the Newborn Critical Care Center. He has served as Co-Director of the Collaborative for Maternal and Infant Health since 2010 and is part of a team that manages pregnancies complicated by fetal medical issues, offering consultations for such cases. He is the Fellowship Director for the Neonatal-Perinatal Fellowship Program and has mentored over 45 fellows over 20 years. He is also Associate Division Chief for the Division of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.

Dr. Price is interested in enhancing care for mothers of NICU patients and is currently Co-PI on a CDC-funded grant to establish a nationwide collaboration that will formulate a set of Best Practices for Postpartum NICU Care, accompanied by collaboratively developed tools and strategies for exemplary care. This endeavor aims to enhance awareness and utilization of data-informed clinical care and public health resources, leading to improved implementation of approaches that enhance outcomes for postpartum individuals.
