Dr. Bernstein is a fellow in the Pediatric Neonatal-Perinatal Fellowship Program.

Why UNC: I wanted to stay at UNC for neonatology fellowship because of the excellent training, the amazing people, and the phenomenal quality of life in this area of North Carolina. I am thrilled to be able to pursue my passion by taking care of the most vulnerable patients and their families as they navigate the challenges of having a child in the NICU.

In my free time, I love to hike, backpack, bake bread with my sourdough starter, do crossword puzzles, and spend time with my friends and family (including my husband and cat, Anchovy).
