About

Dr. Law is a physician specializing in the field of Pediatric Endocrinology.

Dr. Law’s research interests focus on clinical management and comorbidities of type 1 diabetes and Turner syndrome, a chromosomal disorder in which a female is born with a missing or incomplete X chromosome. Her diabetes research has focused primarily on clinical projects that examine psychosocial aspects of type 1 diabetes, but has also included studies on obesity, type 2 diabetes and insulin misuse in adolescents.

Dr. Law’s research into Turner syndrome has primarily focused on clinical comorbidities of the disorder. She is investigating the immune responses and gene expression in adolescent girls with Turner syndrome and collaborates with other programs across the United States. She engages in quality improvement studies and has developed a research program that studies assisted reproduction technology use by women with Turner Syndrome. Her ongoing research goals are to continue to improve the understanding of Turner Syndrome comorbidities and determine how clinical care provided to girls and women with Turner Syndrome can be improved.
