Program Director

Caroline Ginley’s 20–year- career experience in mental health has focused on serving vulnerable populations facing poverty, medical fragility, limited access to treatment and criminal justice involvement. She has worked with adults diagnosed w/ severe MH dx, SA dx, dual dx, adolescent clinical case management (Willie M Case manager).

Ginley has worked as an on call mental health clinician in local emergency rooms. Her experience also includes working as the supervisor of Adult Case Management for Orange Person Chatham Counties (OPC) Area Program

She currently serves as program manager for the Community Resource Court (CRC) at the UNC Center for Excellence in Community Mental Health and has managed the program since 2006. Formerly, part of OPC, CRC has been housed at the UNC Center of Excellence in Community Mental Health since 2012.

Ginley holds an undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire and a masters in social work is from UNC Chapel Hill.
