QA/QI Director, Clinic Manager

Ms. Rossi is director of quality management and clinics manager for the UNC Center for Excellence in Community Mental Health. Rossi has more than 20 years of experience working with individuals with persistent mental illness and intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in a clinical capacity as well as administrative roles. She served as quality management coordinator for XDS, Inc., a nonprofit organization that provided comprehensive care and services to individuals with persistent mental illness before merging with the Center in 2011. Prior to that, she was employed by OPC Area Program (the previous LME) as a case manager and Single Portal Coordinator.   Her current scope of work includes ensuring compliance with state and local standards as well as maintaining the Center’s national accreditation through CARF International and providing technical support to the various programs in the Center. She is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in psychology
