Healthy Cooking & Communal Lunch

This group focuses on healthy and delicious cooking instruction on a limited budget with seasonal produce. We cook alongside each other and socialize with each other. All skill levels are encouraged. All skill levels are encouraged.

Location: In-person*

*A shuttle is available from Wake Encompass, ACTT and STEP’s Whitaker Mill office for this group for September 7 through November 16. No Carr Mill shuttle is available for these groups. Please call Matt Ballard or talk to your Wake staff/clinician to schedule a seat.

Please let us know if you’d like to try out or sign up for a group. Some groups have a waitlist. If a group is currently full, we will let you know when a spot opens up.
