FiberTracking
Description
DTIChecker is a tool, written originally by Pierre Fillard and further enhanced by Sylvain Gouttard, Clement Vachet, Matthieu Jomier and Casey Goodlett, to generate FiberTracts from diffusion tensor images
The original tracking algorithm and first c++ code have been developped by Susumu Mori, Dongrong Xu (both at the University of Pennsylvania) and Christos Davatzikos.
