Luigi Pascarella, MD, Clerkship Director, along with Drs. Barnhouse and Klipstein won The Whitehead Medical Society of the University of North Carolina School of Medicine award for Best Application Phase Course Award. The award acknowledges and recognizes the Hospital, Interventional, and Surgical Care among the courses in the Application Phase curriculum, as it was effectively and skillfully taught, and contributed significantly to the education of last year’s third-year medical students.
The award ceremony was held on Wednesday, August 7th at UNC Chapel Hill School Medicine. Congratulations to Drs. Pascarella, Barnhouse, and Klipstein.
