The UNC Thurston Arthritis Research Center is home to nationally renowned scientists, physicians, and thought leaders in the fields of:

Because many of our researchers are also physicians who work directly with patients in our clinics, we bring real-world clinical care experience and insights to our research, and are able to provide the latest and most innovative science-backed therapies to our patients.
