Bone Marrow Adipose Tissue: A Friend or a Foe in Exercise-induced Anabolism?
Improved understanding of exercise- induced bone formation has the potential to supply novel therapeutic targets for osteoporosis and other states of bone fragility. We will delve into the response of marrow adipocytes and bone to a variety of interventions, with an emphasis on understanding a poorly understood fat depot as well as exercise-induced skeletal anabolism.
