“T-cell functions in spontaneous and iatrogenic autoimmune arthritis”

High-dimensional analyses of synovial samples from patients are helping to define the T cell populations that characterize different inflammatory arthritides.  We will discuss the features and functions of T cell populations that accumulate in the joints in rheumatoid arthritis, and we will compare and contrast this to emerging data on T cell ins other inflammatory arthritides, including arthritis induces by anti-PD-1 checkpoint inhibitory therapy.
