Abacus Evaluation is proud to partner with the North Carolina Institute for Public Health (NCIPH) and Cone Health Coverdell to strengthen stroke care systems and reduce disparities in stroke outcomes across North Carolina. As part of the CDC’s Paul Coverdell National Acute Stroke Program, Abacus works within an integrated evaluation team to support evaluation and performance management efforts that leverage health system data and strengthen bidirectional communication and referral pathways across stroke care systems. Abacus and NCIPH collaboratively translate evaluation findings into actionable insights that support care coordination.
Together with Cone Health Coverdell, this partnership applies those insights to strengthen stroke care and improve outcomes for patients and communities statewide.
