Sample submission: Please specify which option you want below AND at submission if any special post-analysis (zoom to sample, specific size regions)
High Sensitivity (HS) D1000 DNA:
- Double-stranded DNA
- assess 35-1000bp
- Concentration-Minimum 5pg/µL. Dilute to below 1000pg/µL (assess by NanoDrop).
- 5µL if <15 samples, in tubes
- OR 2µL if >15-96 samples, in special plate (if local, arrange to get plate from the Core first. Not local, send in tubes).
High Sensitivity (HS) D5000 DNA:
- Double-stranded DNA
- assess 100-5000bp
- Concentration-Minimum 5pg/µL. Dilute to below 1000pg/µL (assess by NanoDrop).
- 5µL if <15 samples, in tubes
- OR 2µL if >15-96 samples, in special plate (if local, arrange to get plate from the Core first. Not local, send in tubes).
D1000 DNA:
- Double-stranded DNA
- assess 35-1000bp
- Concentration-Minimum 0.1ng/µL. Dilute to below 50ng/µL (assess by NanoDrop).
- 5µL if <15 samples, in tubes
- OR 1µL if >15-96 samples, in special plate (if local, arrange to get plate from the Core first. Not local, send in tubes).
RNA:
- Total RNA. Please specify if prokaryotic or eukaryotic (viral ~eukaryotic)
- Concentration-Minimum 5ng/µL. Dilute to below 500ng/µL (assess by NanoDrop).
- 3µL if <15 samples, in tubes
- OR 1µL if >15-96 samples, in special plate (if local, arrange to get plate from the Core first. Not local, send in tubes).
