CALM App

One of our colleagues at Wake Med was able to secure free subscriptions to the Calm App. I use this frequently when I can’t sleep. Happy to share some of my favorite sleep stories if you are curious. To sign up for your free subscription to the CALM app (through November 1, 2024):

    • Visit the link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/freeCALMapp
    • Answer the three brief questions
    • Within one week, you will receive an email from hello@breathe.calm.com with instructions for activating the app
    • Follow the instructions to activate your subscription

Please note: The Calm app will not run on an IOS system of 14.0 or earlier, nor will it run if the email provided was previously used with Calm.
