THRIVING Study
We’re recruiting research study volunteers to help us understand safe and healthy weight loss.
Our team’s previous research has shown that technology use can help older adults lose weight and improve physical function while decreasing the burden of in-person visits. This study’s overarching goal is improving the health and well-being of older adults. Specifically, we want to promote safe weight loss, improve physical function, and improve overall quality of life.
