The Division of Geriatric Medicine proudly announces the recent achievements of several faculty members.

This past summer, Dr. Claire Larson, assistant professor of medicine in the UNC Division of Geriatrics, joined two UNC School of Medicine students in Nagoya, Japan for Nagoya University School of Medicine’s ‘Bridging Community Medicine and Innovations in Japan’ program.

In the fall of 2023, several UNC-Chapel Hill stakeholders gathered to discuss the idea for a new aging-focused initiative.
