Opioids & Aging Symposium

This training brings together APS and Guardianship Social Workers from County Departments of Social Services and addiction professionals who work with individuals and families impacted by opioids to develop a basic knowledge of the issues, challenges, and opportunities facing vulnerable adults and families impacted by the opioid crisis. Focus areas include the effects of opioids on vulnerable adults, prevention and treatment resources, and the importance of community partnerships in addressing this complex and devastating crisis.
