Join us for the 13th Annual UNC Physical Therapy Golf Tournament benefiting the UNC SPTA and the Foundation for Physical Therapy. Have fun and compete for several tournament prizes, including a chance for a trip to Pebble Beach!

Shotgun Start, Four-Person Scramble Format
Prizes for lowest team score (gross and net), closest to the pin, longest drive, and more!
ENTRY DETAILS
- Entry fee covers green fees, golf cart, range balls, awards ceremony, and food throughout the day.
- Full team not required for entry.
- Entries will not be accepted after September 19, 2018. Space is limited.
