What drew you to UNC?
The excellent academic training combined with the supportive learning and collegial environment were my top reasons for choosing UNC. I was impressed by my interview experience and how each of the faculty members took the time to learn more about my future goals/career aspirations in anesthesiology. I witnessed the strong camaraderie among the residents, and I instantly wanted to be part of this close-knit family. Plus, I knew I found a home in this program based on how eager the faculty members were to support and advocate for program residents. I was also drawn to the department’s commitment to advancing research and developing leaders in the field.
