4 week elective for residents/2-4 week elective for fellows

7:30 – 8:00 Morning report

8:00 – 2:00 OR

2:00 – 4:00 Teaching of Anesthesia Clinical Officer students 1st didactic, 2nd hour simulation scenarios

Sat-Sun

Option of providing educational workshops and/or in country travel to either Lake Malawi resorts, safari, or day hikes at Desde

• One day spent visiting a Mission Hospital
• One day spent visiting a district hospital
• 3 travel days are given during the rotation for in or out of country travel, especially when a weekend is used for workshop training
