Please save the date for the upcoming Grand Rounds with Christina Shenvi, MD, PhD, FACEP on January 23rd from 8:00 – 9:00 AM in the main auditorium at NHRMC in Wilmington.

Participants will learn how to:
-Design effective powerpoint presentations using cognitive load theory as a guiding principle
-Create a powerful beginning and ending to their presentation
-Use resets or pauses in their lectures to regain and retain audience interest and participation
-Tune their message to the audiences “WIIFM” wavelength
-Understand how to design, practice, and deliver powerful, memorable, and effective presentations
