Thank you to all who have already completed a profile – currently 620 SOM faculty and staff involved in clinical research!! This information is very important to inform initiatives aimed at improving alignment and classification of clinical research staff positions and implementing a new competency-based career ladder. Additionally, PaTS will serve to provide training, SOM-wide standard operating procedures, and resources based on specific duties reported in the profiles.
