The TADA Process
The TADA process has multiple steps to ensure that intake forms are reviewed in a timely and thorough manner. If you have an inquiry about the process please email som-cdi@med.unc.edu. If you have already submitted an intake form, please include your record ID number in the email.
Hiring Manager Submits TADA Intake Form
The TADA committee meets once weekly to minimize delays in the position creation and reclassification process. If your TADA form is submitted on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, you can expect the committee to review it the following week. If your TADA form is submitted on a Friday before 12pm, you can also expect the committee to review it the following week. If your TADA form is submitted on a Friday after 12pm, we cannot guarantee that your form will be reviewed at the following week’s meeting, but it will be placed on the agenda for the week after.
