Bio
Dr. Willner is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is board certified in Emergency Medicine and Emergency Medical Services. He is also Medical Director for Emergency Management.
In addition, Dr. Willner serves as the Medical Director for Franklin County EMS, the Assistant Medical Director for Carolina Air Care, and is Core Faculty for the UNC EMS Fellowship. He is passionate about advancing pre-hospital care and educating the next generation of pre-hospital providers and physicians.
