Bio
Mariecely Luciano-Feijoo received her medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. She then completed her emergency medicine residency training at the University of Puerto Rico. Following residency, she pursued fellowship training in emergency medical services (EMS) at UNC Chapel Hill, North Carolina. She currently serves as Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at UNC Chapel Hill, where she works clinically in the emergency department. In addition, she is the Assistant Medical Director for the North Carolina State Highway Patrol and Medical Director at Durham Tech Community College's Orange County Campus. Her professional interests include prehospital care, tactical medicine, disaster response, and emergency physician involvement in community and public safety initiatives.
