Jessica Siegel Christian, PhD

Clinical Professor of Organizational Behavior

Jessica Siegel Christian is a Clinical Professor of Organizational Behavior at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. She teaches Leading and Managing, Negotiations, and Groups and Teams in the undergraduate program, full-time MBA program,  and Executive MBA program. Her research interests include team dynamics and adaptation, negotiations, team leadership, and mindsets in the workplace. She has published her research in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Personnel Psychology, Academy of Management Discoveries, the Journal of Business Ethics, Leadership Quarterly, Group Dynamics: Theory, Research, and Practice, and in the book The Psychology of Negotiations in the 21st Century Workplace. She is a recipient of the Poets and Quants 2022 50 Best Undergraduate Professors award and a Teaching All-Star in the Full-time MBA Program.

Professor Christian completed her bachelor’s degree at Tulane University and her PhD in management and organizations at the University of Arizona.
