On Saturday, April 5th, the Age-Based Genomic Screening team attended the UNC Science Expo. The UNC Science Expo, hosted by the Morehead Planetarium and Science Center, is a signature event of the annual North Carolina Science Festival featuring more than 100 booths staffed by UNC-Chapel Hill students, researchers, practitioners, and community volunteers, hands-on activities and games, science demonstrations, behind-the-scenes lab tours, and more! ABGS enjoyed distributing general genetics educational resources, like our comics, and gathering insight and interest on these materials and our study.
