Research Interests
Keywords: Single-cell; cytof ; computational immunology
Our goal is to develop computational tools for the analysis of single-cell data to identify particular immune cell types and their functional responses driving particular disease states. We also seek to understand the interplay between the brain and the peripheral immune system in aging and neurodegeneration.
