The PSTG Seminar Series welcomes Rui Xiao, PhD, Co-Director, Associate Professor of Biostatistics at the University of Pennsylvania, December 8, 2023. Dr. Xiao’s talk title is “Detecting cell-type-specific allelic expression imbalance by integrative analysis of bulk and single-cell RNA sequencing data”. Dr. Xiao is hosted by Yun Li, Professor of Genetics and Biostatistics.
