Michael Kosorok
Didong Li
We work with Michael Kosorok and Didong Li to apply manifold approximation methods to study the cell cycle. For example, we used trajectory inference to determine how the cell cycle responds to breast cancer therapy and Spherical Principal Components Analysis to parameterize the cell cycle across different conditions and cell types.

Phil Spanheimer
We work with Phil Spanheimer to acquire primary breast tumor samples for single-cell analysis. We are particularly interested in understanding how these tumor become resistance to cancer therapy and how to use them as predictive biomarkers of patient response.

Adriana Beltran
We work closely with Adriana Beltran, who directs the human pluripotent stem cell core, to understand early fate decisions in human embryonic stem cells.

Jean Cook
We have worked with Jean Cook for several years to understand the overall organization of the cell cycle. This collaboration has led to the development of new measurement tools and computational modeling strategies.

Mike Emanuele
Our growing collaboration with Mike Emanuele is teaching us about the importance of degradation of key cell cycle regulators.

Gaorav Gupta
We collaborate with Gaorav Gupta to understand how cell cycle dynamics are disturbed by DNA damage.
