Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month

March 2025

Every March, the National Association of Councils on Developmental Disabilities (NACDD) leads Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month (DDAM) to highlight the importance of inclusive communities. The 2025 theme, “We’re Here All Year,” emphasizes that accessibility and opportunities for people with developmental disabilities should be championed every day. True awareness requires year-round commitment to creating accessible environments and opportunities.
