Clinical Education and Services
Our clinical education program is designed to provide students with experience with all age groups across the scope of practice including pediatric diagnostics and habilitation, adult diagnostics and rehabilitation, cochlear implants, vestibular, prevention, tinnitus, newborn hearing screening, occupational audiology and educational audiology. Students have clinic every semester including first semester first year.
Clinical sites affiliated with the UNC School of Medicine are shown on the map below. Audiology graduate students also have placements at ENT practices, private audiology practices, school districts and the many other hospitals (including the VA) in the area.
