For maximal success with your samples, contact Paul Barthélémy as soon as possible to ensure you have the optimal sample holders and fluorophores (pdf). We have a small amount of secondary antibodies with appropriate fluorophores available on-site for sample preparation prior to your imaging session.

Practical notes:
1: SMLM will not work with your standard confocal sample of a coverslip mounted on a slide with mounting media using whichever fluorophores you have in your freezer. The preparation is very similar to your confocal protocol, but there are a few extremely critical details that might differ. You will likely need to generate a specific sample for the demo.
2: Fluorophores needed for SMLM also work great for standard fluorescence applications, so anything you might need to buy for a successful demo can likely be used for other applications.
