Driving from RDU airport
Take Airport Blvd. to I-40. Take I-40 West and proceed for 10.6 miles. Take exit 273 toward Chapel Hill (54 West). After 2.9 miles, 54W exits to your right after you pass under a bridge. Take the exit to the right, go up the ramp to the traffic signal, and bear right onto 15/501 South. After approximately 1 mile (at the second stoplight) you will come to a large intersection; with a sign that says “Chapel Hill/Kenan Stadium/Smith Center”; this is Manning Drive. Turn right onto Manning Drive. Follow Manning Drive up through campus. Turn left at the fourth traffic signal (Neuroscience Hospital will be on your right) onto East Drive, which turns into Mason Farm Road. Follow Mason Farm Road behind the parking decks, and under a pedestrian overpass.
Keep following Mason Farm Rd. and go straight at the 2 stoplights. After the 2nd stoplight at West Dr., continue past the construction site (on the right). Taylor Hall is the first building on the right after the construction.
Limited parking may be found along Mason Farm Rd. Pay parking for visitors is located at the Ambulatory Care Center and the Dogwood Parking Deck.
Driving from 15-501/54
Take Manning Drive off of 15-501/54, up through campus. Turn left at the fourth traffic signal (Neuroscience Hospital will be on your right) onto East Drive, which turns into Mason Farm Road. Driving from Franklin Street/Carolina Inn
Follow Pittsboro Street and cross S. Columbia Street at the traffic signal. You are now on Manning Drive. Take the first right (West Drive; one way street). Take a right on Mason Farm Rd. and Taylor Hall is the first building on the right after the construction site. Limited parking may be found along Mason Farm Rd. Pay parking for visitors is located at the Ambulatory Care Center and the Dogwood Parking Deck.

The Ambulatory Care Center parking lot is located on Mason Farm Rd. after you pass Taylor Hall, to the left.
There are two entrances to the Dogwood Visitors Parking Deck. The first is located immediately after you pass under the pedestrian overpass on East Dr. Turn right to enter the parking deck. The 2nd entrance is located at the first light on Mason Farm Rd. Turn right at the light to enter the parking deck.
Walking to Taylor Hall from the Parking Areas
If you park in the Ambulatory Care Center walk up to Mason Farm Rd., turn right and walk to the crosswalk across from the construction and cross the street. Taylor Hall is the first building on your left.
If you park in the Dogwood parking deck, exit the parking deck on foot onto Mason Farm Rd., turn right and follow the sidewalk up to the light at West Dr. by the construction. Cross the street to the other side of Mason Farm Rd. and continue walking to the first crosswalk after Genetic Medicine Building and cross the street back again. Taylor Hall is the first building on your left.
Entrance to Taylor Hall Location
You will need to walk around to the opposite side of Taylor Hall to reach the main entrance. At the crosswalk keep following the sidewalk around the right side of Taylor Hall. Turn left to keep walking around the building, and go up the stairs where Taylor Hall connects to MBRB building. The entrance to Taylor Hall will be on your immediate left.
Walking from Franklin Street/Carolina Inn
Go south on Columbia Street to the corner of Mason Farm Road. Turn left, walk past the ACC parking lot. Taylor Hall is on the left, across from the EPA building.
