Learning Environment Praise

On my surgery rotation, Dr. Pascarella went above and beyond to make sure he got to know me and my classmates, talked at length with me about my career goals, and always listened to any challenges, questions, or concerns I had. He invested time and thought into every conversation, asked for my opinion often, and clearly demonstrated that he cares deeply about med student education. All of this made me feel supported, confident, and capable of performing to my best ability in what can be a very challenging rotation.
