Dr. Ellen Roberts is a Research Professor in the Division of Geriatric Medicine. In 2005, the Division recruited her as academic coordinator for geriatrics and as co-principal investigator. Currently, Dr. Roberts is the Co-Director on the Carolina Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Program (CGWEP). In that role, she oversees the CGWEP Curriculum Evaluation and provides leadership and direction to the day-to-day operations. Dr. Roberts is also the UNC MSTAR Associate Program Director, Evaluator and Advisor.
