We are proud to provide technically excellent and humane care during our visits. During those visits, your provider may review images him/her/their self, discriminate which abnormal values are really a threat to your well-being, provide context and reassurance, and offer a plan.
We encourage waiting to review lab results and imaging results until the time of the appointment to avoid unnecessary anxiety. Please note that we will not be able to review any results prior to scheduled visits if you choose to review them prior.

In order to sign up for an account, you must request an activation code. This code allows us to verify your information so that we can protect your privacy. To do this, visit www.myuncchart.org, and then click “Get Activation Code.” Remember to activate your notifications so that you can receive text alerts.
Once this is completed, follow the instructions sent to your email to finish the sign-up and gain access.
