Congratulations to Dr. Kimberly Mournighan on being selected to participate in the 2025-2026 UNC Leadership in Academic Medicine Program (LAMP). This program is a nine-month, cohort-based faculty development and orientation designed for junior faculty (within their first three years). LAMP seeks to build a sense of community by addressing the fundamentals of career planning and professional development. It also helps participants build a professional network so they may thrive in their career.
