UNC Internal Medicine Residents were crowned champions at the North Carolina American College of Physicians conference. After beating residents from other programs across the state, Drs. Manasi Malik, Hannah Dee, and Lauren Goldbeck took home 1st place for the Doctor’s Dilemma competition.

The friendly, but highly competitive, medical jeopardy game covers topics ranging from simple medicine trivia to complex diagnosis and treatment questions. UNC’s team will now compete on an international stage in Boston on April 18-20. During the three days of competition, they will be matched against 60 teams. The winning team is awarded the coveted “Osler Cup” and is granted a place in ACP history.
