As businesses prepare for phase 2 in North Carolina’s reopening, David Wohl, MD, professor of medicine in the division of infectious diseases, cautions members of the community that “just because you can go somewhere, doesn’t mean you should.”  In a new WRAL.com article, Wohl says there are several things to consider before venturing out during the pandemic.

“The virus likes to jump from one person to another susceptible person, so once you’re close to somebody who can share the virus with you, you’re in danger,” said Wohl. He adds that “he and his family will stick to takeout food for the time being.”
