Tammy is a critical member of the gastrointestinal oncology team and plays a key role in the multidisciplinary liver clinic. Well versed in symptom management, chemotherapy regimens, clinical trials, survivorship, and end-of-life care, her approach to patient care includes collaboration with providers across multiple disciplines and recommending cutting edge, evidence-based treatments and clinical trials that meet individual patient needs. Outside of her clinical duties, Tammy is passionate about education and is an active member of the UNC Advanced Practice Provider Center, serving on the Mentoring Subcommittee.
