Hi, I’m Elizabeth Cervantes, I currently work full time in critical care at UNC Rex and recently joined the Division of Oncology part-time. I’ve always been drawn to caring for patients and families during some of the most vulnerable moments in their lives. Oncology felt like a natural extension of that work, it gives me the chance to build long-term relationships and support patients through every stage of their journey. I’m especially interested in survivorship care and helping people make confident, informed decisions about their health. Outside of work, I love reading, running, and exploring new cities, especially if there’s good coffee involved!
